- AXS Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join the Founders Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders to drive the growth and expansion of AXS in various dimensions, including business development, strategic partnerships, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of AXS’s growth strategy, working on high-impact projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- 1. Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Collaborate with the founders to define and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- 2. Business Development:
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Explore new revenue streams and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Assist in negotiations and closing deals with key partners and clients.
- 3. Innovation and Product Development:
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact AXS’s business.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- AXS Solutions seeks a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Founder’s Office. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with customers, assisting with the recruitment process, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings and conferences for the Founder and other senior executives, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Founder’s Office, including coordination with customers, partners, and other external parties.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist the HR department in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Founder or other senior team members.
- Task Management: Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications to the Founder’s office. Manage an active calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other related tasks.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing and following up on important projects and deadlines. Provide support and coordination in strategic initiatives being driven by the senior management team.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Summary
- As part of the AXS Solutions team, your primary role would be to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
- To create requirement specifications from the business needs ie. BRD, FRD & SRS, define the to-be-processes, detailed functional designs based on requirements & functional gap analysis document and evaluation.
- Work closely with Technology and engineering teams to understand existing systems, infrastructure, and technological capabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline. Conducting rigorous manual testing to execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document.
- Creating, testing maintaining APIs.
- Defects and inconsistencies to ensure the quality and functionality.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in UAT activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer Science/Bsc IT/ BCA. Preferred Masters in Business Administration related field.
- Proven experience in both manual & automation testing and business analysis, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong scripting skills in Java, Python & SQL.
- In-depth understanding of utilizing Selenium, Maven, Postman, or equivalent testing tools.
- High impact communication and presentation skills across multiple formats.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Testing Methodologies, Business Analysis Techniques and Agile Methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or CCBA would be advantageous.
