Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
- Customisation and Configuration: Customise and configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications using X++ programming language, MorphX IDE, and other development tools to meet business needs.
- Development: Develop custom code, scripts, and extensions using X++ and. NET technologies to extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functionalities.
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, third-party applications, and external databases, using Data Entities, OData, and other integration techniques.
- Data Migration: Design and execute data migration strategies to import data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and customise reports using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, and Management Reporter to provide insights into financial and operational data.
- Testing: Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Documentation: Document technical specifications, design documents, configuration details, and customisation for reference and future maintenance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on how to use and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications effectively.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development, customisation, and configuration.
- Proficiency in X++ programming language and development tools such as Morph X IDE.
- Experience with. NET Framework, C#, SQL, and Visual Studio development environment.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development tools and technologies such as Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Application Integration Framework (AIF).
- Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on how to use and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications
- MB 300 MB 500
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Finance Developer Associate (optional but recommended).
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e. g., MCSE, MCSA, etc. ).
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of requirements
- Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget delivery
- Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Requirements
- 2+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
- Hands on software development experience
- Knowledgeable in technology.
- Good educational background, Computer Science /IT Engineering degree or work experience required
- Proven working experience in Product/ project management in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, mobile technologies, cloud computing
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites
- Experience in BFSI, Payment Technologies, IT Security added advantage
Responsibilities
- As part of the AXS Solutions team, your primary role would be to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
- Work closely with Technology and engineering teams to understand existing systems, infrastructure, and technological capabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline
- Conducting rigorous manual testing to execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document
- Creating, testing, maintaining APIs.
- Defects and inconsistencies to ensure quality and functionality.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in UAT activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience - 2-4 Years.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both manual & automation testing and business analysis, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong scripting skills in Java, Python & SQL.
- High-impact communication and presentation skills across multiple formats.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Testing Methodologies, Business Analysis Techniques, and Agile Methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or CCBA would be advantageous.
